Return & Refund Policy

At True Tropics, your satisfaction means everything to us. While our products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, we do accept returns or refunds if:

• You receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at  info@truetropics.in with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product and packaging

• A short description of the issue

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–4 business days, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method.

Note: Refunds are applicable only for damaged or incorrect items. Requests based on a change of mind or personal preference will not be eligible for refund.​
